As a valued member of our Management and Major Gifts teams, you’ll be integral to achieving our mission of helping Australians tackle the injustice of global poverty.
We’re looking for someone with the know-how, passion, and commitment to nurture our faithful supporters… is it you?
As an experienced major gifts professional, you will drive the acquisition, engagement and retention of our major donors and gifts in wills supporters. A real people person, you’ll be a natural at cultivating relationships with new donors, as well as nurturing relationships with our existing and greatly valued supporter base. Your expertise in relational fundraising will fuel your passion for seeing both these areas grow.
An empowering team leader and people developer, you’re committed to creating a healthy team culture. You’ll use your leadership strengths to collaborate and connect with others, not only within the team you lead, but also across the wider organisation.
Your demonstrated knowledge and experience with major and mid-level donors and gifts in wills supporters will be vital to you in this role.
As a Christian, you’ll share our vision for a world without poverty as God intends… and participate enthusiastically in prayer sessions and biblical reflection sessions.
