We Need Help - We aren’t good at selling ourselves

We are looking for someone who is aligned in purpose; who is proud to sell solutions to clients looking for tangible and measured outcomes through storytelling.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of five years experience in a solution sales role either in media sales, agency sales, corporate partnerships, advancement and/or communication solutions. You will have a record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales and market share targets, proactively maximising revenue opportunities through cross platform sponsorships, and by identifying clients needs.

The Director - Client Solutions will liaise directly with the creative team to manage and nurture new opportunities.

What Will You Do? -You will close

  • Strategic point of contact for clients, maintaining and establishing strong relationships
  • Lead new business efforts and determine the optimal assignments for new initiatives.
  • Manage and oversee the entire sales cycle from initial qualification to deal close.
  • Create an effective process and information flow between management and creative teams
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary network of peers and creative agencies (both internal and external) to execute on current and new business opportunities
  • Contribute to current and prospective client’s growth requirements by identifying appropriate and creative opportunities
  • Foster a productive and empowering working environment
  • Lead multiple projects at once and ensure strong integration across the organisation
  • Ensure that team members are fully trained on all aspects of planning and reporting; will require use of research tools
