The shops are either run by volunteers or a combination of employees and volunteers. In this position you will work alongside dedicated Thrift Shop Managers, Corps Officers and the Victorian Divisional team to enhance the performance and safety of our Corps Thrift Shop business across Victoria.
This role will be based at the Mitcham Divisional Headquarters however travel to metro and regional Victorian areas will be required.
Reporting to the Victorian Divisional Commander, you will be involved in developing and implementing processes to support and heighten the management skills of our Thrift Shop Managers and their teams. Other key accountability areas include:
The Salvation Army is a Child Safe Organisation. All child facing roles will require the successful completion of a Working with Children Check.
All applicants will also be required to undertake a mandatory National Police Check.
This position is full time 38 hours per week, fixed term for 2 years. The role is classified as Award Free.
