The Salvation Army (TSA) Aged Care currently operates 2000 residential care places across 20 residential aged care facilities, seven retirement villages and a broad range of Community Care services to support people to remain in their own homes as they age. We are seeking a dedicated and professional Home Care Employees for our Community Care operations.
We have work available around Melbourne in the role of Home Care Employee, you will build strong, positive relationships with our customers and be responsible for the delivery of services as per the Support Plan, such as; personal care and assistance. The role is to deliver services with compassion, integrity and dignity.
Duties of the role include, but are not limited to: domestic assistance, shopping, meal preparation, personal care, mobility assistance, medication assistance, and transport. It includes encouraging and supporting the client to be involved in care/service delivery for maintenance of independence.
