Role Purpose:

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Spirometry Audit Program and assisting the CEO in managing the activities of the office.

Job Accountabilities:

  • Undertake administrative support to the spirometry audit program:
    • Provide administrative support to subcommittee
    • Regular liaison with the Laboratory Accreditation and Quality Committee Chairs to ensure effective overall management of the program
    • Check the audit bundles against Spirometry Program Manual
    • Liaise with assessors on an ongoing basis to make sure they have the information and support to conduct audit assessment
    • Ensure reports/responses from assessors are received on time, and provided to the required standard
    • Maintain accreditation documents including the manual, forms and other templates
    • Preparation of reports and correspondence
  • Provides a high level of administrative support to the TSANZ Board and CEO

The salary for this role is $50K pa FTE ($30K pro rata).
