As the Recruitment Advisor (Volunteers), you will support and empower our people to promote and drive an innovative recruitment process for volunteers across Victoria. With a strong customer focus, you will partner with stakeholders to identify current and anticipated needs, and will effectively deliver the full recruitment life cycle for our amazing volunteer roles. This includes, but is not limited to, sourcing, screening, interviewing and on-boarding candidates. By improving efficiencies in the recruitment process and supporting leaders with coaching and advice you’ll truly make a real difference to the lives of thousands of people.

Degree qualified in Human Resources or a related field, you possess demonstrated experience in delivering end-to-end recruitment services in a fast paced environment. With the ability work both autonomously and as a part of a cohesive team unit, you are proud of your responsive, approachable and solutions-focused nature. About us

St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria provides welfare and support services to Victorians in need. Our services include: soup vans, homework and breakfast clubs, kids' camps and day outs, and home visitation to provide food and clothing vouchers and assistance with paying for utility bills and medical bills. Our network of over 110 Vinnies Shops across the state also play a key part in funding our many programs and services and providing material assistance to those we help. By uniting thousands of volunteers to help offer a hand up to people in need, we can break the cycle of homelessness.
