The Opportunity

This Melbourne-based role involves pre-sales and post-sales onboarding of Socialsuite’s customers, ensuring that they are successful and achieving the most value out of Socialsuite.

  • Pre-Sales
    • Assist the sales team by providing and assisting with demonstrating material
    • Deliver technical demonstrations
    • Conduct initial scoping and requirements gathering
  • Project Management / Customer Relationship
    • Conduct detailed scoping and project plans for customer onboarding and implementations
    • Create, manage and maintain project schedules, budgets and resources
    • Build strong relationships with customers, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor
    • Assist with customer issues or requests
  • Onboarding, Implementation
    • Assist the team with or run customer implementations
    • Assist customers with additional configuration

You will have:

  • At least 12 months project management skills including project timelines and budgets
  • At least 12 months experience administering and implementing Salesforce, Customer Relationship Management platforms, or database systems
  • Have experience in reporting, analytics or BI platforms
  • Be self-driven, organised with a high attention to detail
  • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrate excellent relationship building skills
  • Demonstrate ability to thrive in a fast growth, tech startup environment
