Scope has an exciting opportunity for an Ethical Standards Advisor to work within our Quality Department.
This role will have oversight of operational risk and compliance functions in the context of the impending implementation of the National Disability Insurance Scheme. This will require a revised approach to operational risk and compliance and continual adaptation of organisational systems and processes.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in managing investigations and complaints within a health or community service environment and possess a strong understanding of customer safeguarding best practice. You will understand ethical standards and their application in disability including relevant legislation, conventions and guidelines. You will also have strong written and verbal communication skills, have a commitment to person centred care and hold a qualification in law, ethics or possess relevant experience.
