The Role: 

VincentCare Victoria is seeking an appropriately-qualified person to take on the position of Community Support Worker to deliver a high quality in home care and support to Home Care Package clients living in the Inner Northern Suburbs.

The Community Support Worker will undertake specified tasks within the Clients home and community, as previously negotiated between the client and their Package advisor, with the aim of supporting their ability to remain living independently.

Selection Criteria: 

Essential

  • Certificate 111 in Aged Care or HACC
  • Experience in delivering service to Home Care Package Clients
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence and car 

Desirable

  • Certificate I Food Handling
  • First Aid Level 1
