Community & Corporate Partnerships Manager

About us:

Reclink Australia is a leading national not for profit providing sports, recreation and arts programs to people experiencing disadvantage across Australia.

The role:

Working closely with the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Reclink Australia's corporate and community partnerships strategy.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Develop and deliver the Reclink Australia corporate and community partnerships strategy
  • Develop existing and new fundraising products, initiatives and events
  • Secure grants and major donations from philanthropic bodies, individual donors, bequests and the corporate sector
  • Responsible for donor relations and management

Desirable professional and personal qualities:

  • Proven competence in managing a fundraising program that meets or exceeds fundraising/revenue targets
  • Demonstrated capability in sales, fundraising, negotiation and revenue generation
  • Proven experience in the use of social media and web-integration applications to raise funds
  • Minimum 3 years experience developing and implementing effective revenue raising programs, products and initiatives
  • Demonstrated success in building community and corporate relationships that result in ongoing partnership programs
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Relevant qualifications in fundraising and direct marketing
  • Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • A current drivers licence and own vehicle is highly recommended
  • Work hours to be negotiated with successful candidate
  • Minimum 2.5 days working (19.0 hours per week)
