RFDS Victoria are now seeking applicants for a rewarding and fast paced role within our world class Fundraising team! Reporting to the Fundraising Coordinator – Regular Giving, the Fundraising Administrator – Regular Giving and Data plays an integral role in delivering high quality donor care through effective communication and supports the regular gift processing and data integrity of our growing regular giving program - Flying Doctor Support Crew.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a flexible yet dedicated approach to time management and a strong attention to detail. Exceptional interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in this role in order to effectively liaise with supporters to deliver the very best donor care. Strong administrative skills including a high degree of working knowledge surrounding Microsoft Office Suite will be essential to success in this role. Experience using donor management software or database management will be looked upon favourably.
