About the Role

We are currently seeking applications for the full-time role (37.5 hours per week) of Team Leader, located at our Spring Hill venue. We are looking for a candidate who is experienced, passionate and dedicated to making a difference. The role is site based and requires someone with strong leadership and organisational skills. We are looking for a person with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and support their team to achieve their best.

In this role you will support service delivery of a designated portfolio including leadership of clinical practitioners delivering services to clients. You will be responsible for coordinating and developing a cohesive and high performing team.

You will provide leadership and support to clinical practitioners in the areas of:

  • Complex case management
  • Clinical decision making
  • Duty of care
  • Diary management
  • Performance management.

In the absence of the Regional Manager, this position will also provide back-up operational support to Administration Officers/Family Information Officers in the resolution of issues pertaining to client service delivery and property.

Please note, the successful applicant may be required to work some evenings to meet operational requirements of the role.

About You

To be considered for this, you will have an undergraduate level qualifications in Social or Behavioural Sciences in addition to:

  • Demonstrated experience in driving excellence in service delivery and performance
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership and supporting teams through change
  • Experience in providing case management, consultation and support to clinical practitioners
  • Experience managing a team including performance management, monitoring and review
  • Experience in client service delivery including: Complex case management, assessment, intake and risk screening, case planning, case reviews, co-service delivery and critical incident response
  • Knowledge of current theory and practice relating to the provision of human services.

The salary range being offered is between $71,421 to $82,213 depending upon qualifications and experience and generous salary packaging options are available which will significantly increase the value of take-home pay. Other attractive benefits are available including additional annual leave over the Christmas period, annual leave loading and study leave. In addition, relocation expenses may be available to the successful candidate.
