We are looking for a highly regarded gender practitioner with experience managing programs in complex settings. You will be an excellent people manager as well as having a deep commitment to ensuring women have control over their lives and live free from violence through changes in attitudes about gender relations and through increased involvement and leadership in institutions, decision making and change processes. You will have demonstrated experience in influencing, advocacy and business development and be excited by the prospect of identifying and collaboratively designing new, partnership-based programming.
