About the Role

The Administration Assistant supports the Executive Assistant and contributes to the effectiveness and image of Our Watch and the organisational culture of excellence.

You will have at least three years’ experience with managing traditional administration tasks including office support and assisting the executive team, finance and human resources with their administration.

This role is full time and located in Melbourne CBD.

About You

Experience in a not for profit setting is preferred and/or you will be committed to social justice and gender equality.

You will have excellent organisational skills with a passion for planning, organising and prioritising administrative tasks whilst also ensuring that tight deadlines are met. Functional use of Office 365 would also be advantageous.
