The role:

  • Sales representative to local territories, and assisting sales reps with their call cycle.
  • Assist the Sales Manager to implement our sales and marketing strategy
  • Assist the Sales Manager to drive, mentor and develop the NSW sales team including: running sales meetings, activating promotional plans, implementing merchandising strategies, organising sampling and merchandising materials, and assisting the sales team to achieve their goals and targets
  • Assist in the management of key accounts; maintaining and building upon our long-term relationships with key priority accounts
  • Identify sales opportunities and provide market insights to sales team and national sales manager
  • Assisting the marketing and customer service teams to implement marketing strategies of our various brands, including via our newsletter, to priority group stores, and independent stores, as well as taking part in expos trade shows.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a sales rep, account manager or territory manager within independent grocery and/or health food markets
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build strong relationships and customer loyalty
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills

This is a full-time Monday-Friday position, working on the road and in the office. A drivers licence is required. Salary package includes base, car/allowance, super and bonus. All training provided.
