This is a permanent, full time opportunity based in our North Ryde Office.

Working days are Monday to Friday with flexibility on starting and finishing times.

You will report to the Manager of the North Shore and Northern Beaches team.

Day to Day duties:

  • Mentoring and supporting a team of mental health and disability outreach support workers based at North Ryde
  • Managing rosters and timesheets associated with the programs
  • Champion strategic direction and promote and support change initiatives as they occur
  • Collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure employee rosters, resources, other expenditure aligns to budgets
  • Ensure customer support is person centred and align to customer aspirations. Proactively seek innovative ways to support customer journey

As an experienced Team Leader you will have:

  • Proven experience in leading teams with commitment to ongoing development to build team capability
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications and/or knowledge and experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of NDIS
  • Ability to actively navigate and adapt to change
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Valid NSW Drivers C class licence, with ability to drive vehicles in licence class
