The role:

Reporting to the General Manager - Victoria, you will recruit a range of head office and program delivery roles in our fast growing temporary division. Work closely with a diverse range of clients including INGO’s, national or state based charities and associations. Specifically you will:

  • Research, identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Strengthen and expand relationships within our existing clients
  • Build sustainable talent pools for key roles
  • Negotiate and manage fee arrangements
  • Manage recruitment assignments end to end

Skills required:

You can demonstrate success in a 360 recruitment role and experience managing assignments end to end. You are a confident communicator who enjoys the challenge of securing new business as well the ongoing development of existing client relationships. Importantly, your personal values will be aligned to the work of the organisations we support – in fact this will ensure your success as you build, or continue to strengthen your professional profile within the NFP sector.
