The Role

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this leadership position is responsible for program management and delivery. The “earn and learn” program matches jobs to students in the early childhood sector enabling students to work part time whilst studying. In conjunction to placing students with early education providers this role is responsible for attracting and recruiting young people from secondary school into the Future tracks program.

Responsibilities include:

  • Design a workable program for Future Tracks students, universities and education/ care providers
  • Establish relationships with early education care providers, universities and prospective students
  • Manage external stakeholders such as VET, secondary schools and tertiary institutions, researchers, academia and practitioners, Federal and State government
  • In collaboration with the CEO develop opportunities to extend the business model.

Skills Required

You have proven relationship management and program delivery experience ideally within the education sector. A foundation knowledge of early childhood education would be advantageous combined with an adaptable style that enables you to feel comfortable working in a start-up environment.

You will be able to demonstrate the ability to:

  • Write effective communications to engage a diverse stakeholder group
  • Work collaboratively and feel comfortable with ambiguity whilst delivering within timelines
  • Identify, research and recommend new services within operational and strategic plans
  • Be proactive advocating in the sector building scale within the program.
