About Radiant

Radiant is a socially driven cause that is looking to make a difference by connecting people looking for mental health support with mental health and wellbeing professionals. We do this through smart technology that enables customers to quickly search and match with professionals who meet their needs. We believe that creating the best match will result in the most positive therapeutic relationship and improved outcomes for both professionals and clients.

Backed by a larger not-for-profit, we are looking to significantly expand our business in the year ahead and are looking for a person to help promote our business and lead the change.

About You

You’re a people person, who is comfortable engaging with mental health professionals and potential corporate partners, discussing their business challenges and encouraging them to take a chance on a good cause.

You love to put structure into your work, improve processes and try out new things. You’re the type of person who can convince your friends to join you on a great adventure, and also be the one who comes up with a game plan to make sure it happens and runs smoothly. A strategist, administrator and collaborator.

You love to take advantage of new opportunities, and want a role that allows you to be flexible, and presents you with new opportunities and challenges.

Working in a collaborative upbeat small team, you like to share ideas, have a willingness to learn and you’re happy to help other team members out where needed.

You care deeply about improving peoples’ wellbeing, and want to work as part of a team that is fuelled with a passion to make a meaningful difference. You’ll be an optimistic, can-do sort of person keen to join a socially good cause start-up.

About the role

You will be one of the key people building the business and promoting Radiant. This could include responding to customer enquiries, generating leads, identifying new opportunities and pitching to prospective customers.

You will also be part of improving the Radiant platform. Working with key stakeholders, our Advisory Groups and various customers to understand how we can solve their problems, and capturing new requirements. You will be part of the design process, testing out different options and seeing these designs get delivered.

You will be the main point of contact for our business partners and customers – focusing on how we can work together and solve issues.

Your day might involve

  • Identifying a new opportunity to pitch to – a company who may be interested in Radiant, another business partner who we can collaborate with, or writing a tender submission.
  • Signing up a new mental health Group Practice to join Radiant.
  • Communicating with customers and stakeholders – via meetings, email, socials or the old school phone.
  • Collaborating with technical and non-technical team members to design solutions to solve customer problems or new opportunities.
  • Participating in fun and productive team meetings to set direction and define the product’s roadmap


  • Ability to work both in a small team and independently with limited resources
  • High level of organisation with an ability and opportunity to help improve our systems and process
  • Ability to develop and implement sales plans, partnering strategies, stakeholder engagement plans and/or project plans
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Outstanding communicator, both verbal and written, who understands and is passionate about what we want to achieve
  • 2+ years of relevant experience and/or qualifications, from a Corporate, Social Enterprise, Non-Profit or Start-up business
  • Desirable - a passion for mental health or a qualification in psychology, counselling or social sciences
