Your new role

As part of the Inner North West Primary Care Partnership/INW PCP team, which operates under the
auspice of Merri Health
, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding of Primary Care Partnerships
  • Understanding of the sensitive and complex issues surrounding family violence and the policy and service delivery context of the Victorian family violence sector
  • A sound knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture, values and workforce issues as it relates to Victorian communities, health and wellness

This is a part time (0.8 FTE) role offered on a fixed term (Until 30 June 2019) basis. You will be based in Brunswick. In order to be considered for this position you must have the right to work in Australia.
