Reporting to the CEO, we are seeking an energetic, highly-skilled, and experienced Executive Assistant to support an Executive Team of four on a permanent full-time basis: CEO, Director of Finance & Corporate Services, Director of Community & Retirement Services, and Director of Clinical Excellence. This is a fast-paced, diverse role that covers all aspects of executive and operational support, Board and committee scheduling and administration, and a full range of secretarial duties as required. The role also has a strong focus on marketing and communication support, including branding, website management, social media coordination, and general marketing and communication tools/systems support.

As the successful applicant, you will be a motivated self-starter, with the skills and confidence to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will be a leader in exceptional customer service and will have the ability to work flexibly and collaboratively to contribute to the success of Maroba.

Selection Criteria

Essential:

  • Certificate IV level qualification in business administration or related field, and current driver licence
  • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or in high-level administration support
  • Previous experience or exposure to marketing and communications support activities
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with diverse application across the corporate environment
  • Well-developed customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, internally and externally
  • Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite, WordPress, and design software
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement

Desirable:

  • Experience within aged care or the health industry
  • Experience in supporting the functions of Boards
  • Qualifications relating to marketing or communications
