Administration Officer

This exciting role offers you the opportunity to be an integral part of business operations, where you will utilise your professional administration and office skills at McAuley Community Services for Women.

McAuley Community Services for Women provides accommodation and support for women and their children who are escaping family violence and women who are homeless.

You will be responsible for the overall administrative and office tasks needed by the Central Office.

Along with general administration, your responsibilities will also include assisting senior staff where needed and projects as directed by the CEO. You will have strong administration and office experience with excellent communication skills, mature presence and strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Key selection criteria

  • Minimum 2 years experience working in an administrative role
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (*Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
  • Experience in developing and improving administrative systems
  • Proven organisational, time management and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
  • Proven ability to work under tight timelines with a multitude of tasks
  • Highly motivated, strong multitasking abilities, enjoy working in a busy and diverse role
