At Lives Lived Well, we help people impacted by drugs or alcohol as well as mental health. We get lives back on track by delivering a wide range of programs and services (including residential rehab) across 40 locations in Queensland and New South Wales.
As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for organising and directing the activity of Logan House. This includes the delivery of individual counselling, group facilitation and case management. In addition, you will provide leadership and support to the staff across the residential service and also contribute to the development and delivery of the practice at Logan House.
You will be supported from an enthusiastic Clinical Services Manager and lead a team consisting of Treatment Facilitators, Registered Nurse and Support Workers.
The base salary for this role is $83,220 - 86,920 per annum + super (9.5%) + salary packaging (increase your take home pay by up to $6000 per annum).
