This role, as a part of the Program Delivery & Development team, is responsible for overseeing administrative support to the Program Delivery & Development portfolios.

The Employment / Contract Period is 12 Months.

Education requirements:

  • Business Administration qualification or equivalent (essential)

Experience Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role or senior administration role

Position Specific Competencies

  • Sound abilities in day to day office procedures, statistical data collation and reporting techniques, and database maintenance.
  • Proficient skills in event organisation and communication with external stakeholders.
  • Good time management skills and an ability to prioritise tasks.
  • A friendly ‘can do’ attitude and a commitment to Lifeline values and beliefs.
  • Take personal responsibility for caring for own health and safety, and that of others.
  • Be able to contribute creatively to enhance Lifeline training programs.
  • Demonstrate sound judgement and a common-sense approach.

  • Highly effective administrative skills including but not limited to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products.
