Working within our Disability services team, this position is responsible for coordinating the day to day running of our supported independent living service whilst providing quality, hands on support to People with Disability to achieve their individual goals.
You will also provide ongoing guidance, mentoring and training to a team of Disability Support Workers to ensure that a high standard of support and care for clients is achieved.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
