Located in Derby, you will provide practical assistance to people with mental illness to help them achieve their personal goals as part of the ICLS program. Helping clients develop better relationships with family and friends and manage their everyday tasks. Clients are assisted to access services and participate economically and socially in the community, increasing their opportunities for recovery.
You will be required to deliver coordinated, integrated and complementary support to participants living with mental health issues while aiding in their recovery journey, assisting them to building relationships and providing holistic support.
The position will be available on 12 month fixed term contract. The hours can offered as two contracts (initially 6hrs and 10hrs per week) or one 16 hours + per week contract. There is potential for the hours will increase as the client numbers increase.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check.
