Our client is a high profile Western Australian organisation, operating a substantial and diversified service delivery focused social enterprise with a workforce of over 550 people.
The Chief of Social Enterprises (CSE) is a newly created executive team leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO and leading a diverse workforce.
With responsibility for the execution of the operational aspects of this organisation’s strategic plan, the CSE will have stewardship over all operational activities, ensuring continuous improvement in the support provided to its customers and employees.
This is a unique role that will allow you to combine your passion for social and community contribution with supply chain and operational leadership. Ideally suited to a person who can focus on job creation for those with a disability and provide development opportunities for them in the context of efficient and sustainable operational delivery, it clearly has triple bottom line people social impact.
We seek a proactive individual who is happy to lead from the front and will enjoy the challenge of working with the CEO and executive team to implement innovative strategies and robust organisational governance.
It is envisaged that the new CSE will have already established a respected reputation as a commercially minded operational leader of supply chains in a strongly customer centric service delivery environment. Advanced aptitudes in areas including logistics, inventory management and sales are seen as important prerequisites for this position.
