The theme and vision for Behavioural Health Programs (BHP) is to provide holistic, client-centred therapeutic and recovery services to support people with a broad range of issues to reach and maintain optimal well-being.

In the Behavioural Health Programs (BHP) team, we provide a wide range of counselling, social work and community services that require and attract professionals across a range of expert areas. You’ll be joining an organisation that provides a wide variety of health and community programs and services, across a range of regional and metropolitan areas in Victoria. Our integrated services model means you’ll provide your specialist expertise as part of a holistic solution for clients.

BHP is a large multidisciplinary unit consisting of Alcohol other Drug (AOD) Treatment Programs; including assessment, counselling, care and recovery coordination, day rehabilitation, non-residential nurse withdrawal, pharmacotherapy, harm reduction and Hepatitis C. We also provide a range of mental health counselling, palliative outreach counselling, family violence, gamblers help and settlement services.

To be successful, you will require;

  • Undergraduate degree (or near completion) in Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, Social Welfare & Counselling, Social Welfare or other Health related degree.
  • Current Victorian drivers licence
  • A current Working with Children Check
