Rare opening to join a highly respected $120m and growing health organisation and be part of its exciting future. You will be a driven, proactive Executive with proven leadership skills with experience in leading complex organisations in a changing environment.

You will be resilient and commercially savvy and thrive in implementing change across a large professional directorate, bringing people with you by proactively engaging with stakeholders and obtaining buy in.

Your communication skills and vision will enable you to bring out the best in people, and allow them to thrive.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing corporate leadership that is constructive, innovative, and reflective of LCHS’s values and aligned to our strategic direction
  • Ensure your directorate meets the relevant LCHS outcomes
  • In partnership with the Executive management team drive organisational change and contribute to the overall leadership and governance of the business.

What are we looking for in the successful candidate?

  • Tertiary qualification in health or business or related discipline with 5+ years’ experience in a similar role; Proven success in a senior role of strategy and leadership in the provision of Health Services including Medical, Dental, Allied Health and Nursing
  • Well-developed business acumen with a proven history of sound decision-making and strategic agility;
  • Proven ability to be a role model for effective and positive leadership, which is ethical, results driven and future-orientated
  • Skilled in inspiring individuals and teams in the pursuit of results.

Desirable

  • Post graduate qualifications in Business Management
  • Primary health background
  • Experience working in or leading a not for profit organisation
