LCHS proudly boasts a wide range of allied health, district, palliative and specialist nursing, general practice, gateway and dental services provided to the local community.

We are currently seeking a strategic and innovative leader passionate about primary care to join our multidisciplinary Primary Health program.

The Executive Director Primary Health will be responsible for driving continuous service delivery and strategic development to ensure the future success of our primary health services. This role is supported by experienced program managers and team leads as well as a dedicated corporate directorate.

To be successful, you will require:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification
  • A primary health care or clinical background
  • Passionate about community health
  • Ability to engage and work with internal and external stakeholders
