We are seeking an inspiring people leader and NDIS subject matter expert, passionate about providing exceptional care to our customers, directly and through mentoring and developing a team of Case Managers.
This role will focus on supporting, coaching and developing their case managers as well as liaising with internal and external stakeholders to serve our customers’ best interests.

You will enjoy challenge and variety in this role, working with multiple stakeholders, solving complex problems and being based in the office as well as out in the field, to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
Over time, it is also expected that you will successfully build our NDIS customer base and drive continuing success in KinCare’s provision of disability services.
