Jubilee Community Care is a well established and growing not for profit organisation based in Indooroopilly, Brisbane. We provide home care and support services to older people.

We are recruiting for a Scheduling Coordinator.

About the Role

The purpose of the role is to develop and maintain staff rosters to meet the service needs of clients and the business needs of Jubilee Community Care.

You will respond to changes in client service requirements and communicate changes to support workers.

This role is an excellent opportunity for you to utilise your rostering skills and experience.

We have a workplace Agreement that pays above Award rates, salary sacrificing is available and we pay superannuation at 12%.

The key selection criteria are:

  • Demonstrated experience and competency in using computerised rostering systems.
  • Organisational skills and proven experience to undertake detailed work and maintain a high degree of accuracy.
  • Highly developed interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task to ensure work commitments are completed within timescales.
  • You must be able to work both independently and within a team environment and to show initiative.
