Use your significant project and program management expertise to contribute to ensuring Council meets its sustainable waste management, resource recovery and community engagement objectives.

This exciting new role will work in a small team of professionals to contribute to our strategic vision for sustainable waste management, the recovery of resources, and service efficiency. Ideally you will have tertiary qualifications, high level project management experience, and technical knowledge of sustainable waste management, resource recovery and/or environmental management.

Key Skills

  • Demonstrated understanding of sustainable waste management, resource recovery and related environmental issues
  • Policy and strategy development and implementation, project management experience
  • Communication skills (written and oral) and the ability to establish effective relationship with a wide range of stakeholders
