About Us

Hope Street Youth and Family Services Ltd ("Hope Street") has over 35 years of experience delivering specialist services to young people and their families experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced leader to manage a portfolio of youth programs operating in the North West. In this role you will also have the opportunity to roll-out and establish a new program in Melton.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will enjoy providing leadership and mentoring to two Team Leaders and 4 direct reports and you will build on a culture of service excellence where optimal outcomes for young people are achieved. Together with the Operations Manager you will set the strategic direction of the programs that fall within your portfolio and you will ensure compliance in all operational areas including service delivery, risk management and quality improvement.

About You

You have a social work, psychology and/or community development background and you have worked in a people leadership role for at least 4 years. You have an excellent understanding of delivering services to young people in crisis through client-centred, therapeutic approaches within a case management framework. You are able to review, plan, implement and monitor all aspects of service delivery programs.
