Global Village (GV) is an International Volunteering Program, which sends upwards of 600 volunteers per year throughout the Asia Pacific region to build homes for families in need. Working from our North Sydney office, you will be responsible for the recruitment and support of volunteers. This role will work closely with the Volunteer Acquisition Officer and the Global Village Manager to ensure the effective delivery of the GV program.

You will be the first point of contact in the volunteer's journey -- from enquiry through to conversion, and onboarding. You will also play a pivotal role in organising volunteering events and work closely with our International Partner offices. This role has a strong focus on customer service, sales and administration and would suit someone with a high level of organisation and experience achieving set targets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to bring their sales or recruitment experience to the non profit sector. Genuine enthusiasm for Habitat for Humanity's mission, and the families we support, is a must.

This role will be for a full time, permanent position, six month probationary period and will include the opportunity to travel overseas and participate in changing the lives of a family in need with your own hands.
