The Tasmanian Health Service is seeking interest for a Project Officer - Tasmanian Paediatric Rehabilitation Services (524530).

The Project Officer will work with the Project Manager and Director of Women’s and Children’s Services (south) to support the ‘Improving Collaborative Care’ project. This project forms part of the National Partnership Agreement (NPA) for Subacute Capability Building and aims to improve collaborative care and management of children at risk of neurological disorders and adverse neurodevelopmental outcomes across Tasmania.
The Project Officer will contribute to the development of an overarching state-wide policy framework for following up infants at risk. Assist in the development of an integrated, multidisciplinary state-wide approach for the follow up and management of infants at risk of neurological disorders and adverse neurodevelopmental outcomes.
The Project Office will further develop statewide data collection on the outcomes of infants deemed at high risk of neurodevelopmental problems, for the purposes of clinical audit, service review and state/national reporting.
Fixed term full-time day work, working 76 hours per fortnight commencing as soon as possible for a period of 12 months.
