Executive Assistant to Province Leader

We are currently looking for a discrete, conscientious and highly organised Executive Assistant to the Province Leader of the Sisters of the Good Shepherd. We are looking for a proactive and responsive individual who can work with our Province Leader to support her activities, as well as those of the Province Leadership team and Sisters.

To be considered for this role you must demonstrate competence in the following key selection criteria:

  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Experience working with highly confidential and, at times, sensitive personal information
  • Advanced skills on MS Word and Publisher; Intermediate skills on Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Preparation of highly-professional presentations, Minutes, papers and letters
  • Alignment with Good Shepherd mission and values
  • Well-developed personal organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs as they arise
