The Care Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Feros Village Wommin Bay; a vibrant 70 bed residential facility located just metres away from the beach. You will create a vibrant, friendly, welcoming village where our residents are able to live the life they want with the level of genuine care and support they need. You will manage the operational management and delivery of our clinical, care, positive living and support services to our residential clients, ensuring our service delivery provides exceptional customer experience, achieves resident outcomes and service expectations; and enables our Grow Bold mission.
This role is for a 3 year, full time fixed term contract.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years Residential Aged Care experience and a minimum of three years’ experience in people leadership and management.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced residential aged care manager or a Senior Registered Nurse who is looking for their next step into a facility management position.
We are a multi-award winning not-for-profit organisation offering a range of aged, disability and community care services. What we care most about is helping people live bolder lives. Better connected. More active. More fulfilling.
We don’t just want our clients to live. We want them to dream. To get their feet wet and their hands dirty. To laugh, have friends, be happy. We call it growing bold and for over 30 years, we have been known for making it real, both for older Australians and those living with disability.
