The position:

The Senior Worker Children’s Contact Service is a permanent, part time position based at Frankston, with some travel to other Family Life sites. Working closely with the Team Leader and Practice Leader, the Senior Worker will drive the implementation of an integrated best practice Children’s Contact Service for vulnerable families and children.

A day in the life of this position includes: undertaking intake and assessment for vulnerable families, developing CCS staff rosters, assisting with the development of a case plan, reviewing a court report, assisting with client data entry, and representing the organisation at an external networking forum.
