As an HR Business Partner you will be located in either Launceston or Burnie and will be a key member of the human resources team. You will work closely with the leadership team on people and culture initiatives, while at the same time provide leadership coaching, and encourage information sharing so that the entire organisation can benefit from best practice.
To perform at your best in this role, you will be a proven human resources professional who has gained strong HR generalist skills. This includes employment relations and understanding legislation, the ability to influence change, build processes, procedures and systems, recruitment, and supporting leaders to network with their peers to deliver outcomes.
