This role of HR Business Partner will provide you with autonomy as well as the opportunity to be involved in both the operational aspects of the business and human resources. This is an organisation where you will participate in management and team meetings, and provide input from both a people and operational perspective.

To be successful in this position, you will either be an experienced HR professional who is looking to further develop your understanding of business operations, or alternatively an experienced operations professional who has gained skills in human resources. Equally important is your ability to interact with and advise a broad range of people with differing levels of skills.
