Do you love innovation? Passionate about delivering community services through an integrated volunteer and paid workforce? Then this position is for you. Eastern Volunteers provides Volunteer Resource Services which place 1500 people every year in a wide range of volunteering opportunities and support over 500 organisations and community groups who deliver through volunteers and this is growing. This position will manage the existing Volunteer Resource Centres in Box Hill, Ringwood and Lilydale and oversee the new services in Manningham. Through teams of trained volunteer assessors you will deliver place based volunteer recruitment and placement. Through Communities of Practice, training, support and consulting services you will support volunteer involving organisations from sporting groups to animal welfare, tourism, aged, health and community services.

The person will be based across the 4 VRS sites but will have a base location in our Ringwood office.

The successful applicant will be a team player with strong people management and leadership skills. You will be a great facilitator and have training experience. You will be able to work in a small organisation which requires you to be multi skilled, agile and flexible. You will have demonstrated experience in management of volunteer programs / services especially the delivery of services through volunteers and a demonstrated commitment to a planned outcomes approach. You have strong engagement and networking skills and a very strong commitment to collaboration.
