About the Role

We are seeking an energetic graduate or experienced Physiotherapist to join our fantastic team based in Epping, Victoria. You will work collaboratively within a highly regarded multi-disciplinary and key worker model, delivering services across a variety of settings including the family home, childcare, kindergarten, school and centre-based locations.

Services include the provision of assessment and intervention for children and their families implementing evidence-based practice. In line with rapid growth and demand, our team also have exciting plans to expand our service offerings to provide therapy to adult clients within the NEMA region, providing a rare opportunity to work with both, adults and children.

About You

You will have a passion for improving the life outcomes for young children and their families by building capacity to support the development of young children with a disability or developmental delay.

You will have demonstrated knowledge of the Key Worker model; be sensitive to the issues confronting families with a child having a developmental delay or disability; and an understanding of the relationship between these contextual issues and the practice of physiotherapy.

You will be driven, reliable, possess excellent communication skills and be able to exercise professional judgement to ensure service improvement.
