A little about the role

The role of the Transformation Manager – Client Services is to integrate and transform our frontline client services in line with the organisations growth and client needs.  

You will drive change to ensure the service responds to client and staff expectations and supports the integration of our legacy systems to build strong foundations for our vision.  Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Leading transformative change
  • Managing the logistics and workforce of a multi-site service  
  • Project Management
  • Liaising and consulting with program leaders across DPV Health  

About you

You will have substantial experience in a similar role within the service sector with evidence of successful change and project management and team development. You will also come with:

  • Degree qualifications in either Business, ICT, Customer Service or Health Administration desirable
  • Demonstrated knowledge of modern approaches to client service management and
  • Success managing large teams dispersed over many sites
