Position Objectives

The Project Coordinator / Senior Administration Officer is a member of the Client Services team reporting to the General Manager Client Services.

The Project Coordinator / Senior Administration Officer works directly with the Client Services Management team on a day to day basis. The role, alongside the management team, is responsible for developing and implementing key projects that support the strategic and operational goals of the agency.

The Project Coordinator / Senior Administration Officer supervises the Client Services Administration Assistant and has responsibility for the following activities and delivery of the following key tasks:

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Administration Officer/Project Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Project and quality assurance
  • Administrative support to the General Manager, Client Services
  • Administrative support at meetings
  • Client Services administrative staff supervision and workload distribution
  • Risk Management and Occupational Health and Safety

Safety Screening and Mandatory Criteria

  • All competitive applicants are subject to a satisfactory National Police History Check as part of the recruitment assessment process;
  • Applicants who have lived overseas for 12 months or longer during the past 10 years are required to provide the results of an international police check;
  • A current Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) card is required and will need to be provided prior to the commencement of employment by the applicant. Currency will need to be maintained by the employee for the period of employment;
  • All employees are subject to child safety screening and assessment against child safety standards as part of our thorough recruitment process;
  • Employees must hold a valid driver’s licence.
