The Organisation

We're a social enterprise that's serious about empowering lives in some of the world's poorest remote coastal communities. We provide sustainable and culturally appropriate technology and resources to help coconut communities produce valuable products and access markets beyond their village.

Everything we do is about the people and the lives that we are changing. Our story started with our DME® coconut oil press which provides a new life for remote island communities by turning their coconuts into one of the world’s freshest extra virgin organic coconut oils without the need to leave their family or village. Not only do we buy the oil produced by the villages in the Solomon Islands upfront (providing it meets export standard) we also give back 100% of the profits from the sale of every Niulife product so communities can enjoy a better quality of life.

Our Values are at the heart of our business. We believe it is these values that define who we are and influence how we go about our work.

Caring: We are inspired by Jesus to show compassion and work to serve others.

Committed: We are committed to our work, the task at hand and the communities we serve.

Empowered: We are empowered to bring hope, innovate and make a difference in everything we do.

Trusted: We support the ethical and fair trade of healthy, organic and sustainable products.

United: We respect and appreciate each other and work together to achieve great results.
