A great opportunity exists for a suitable experienced information management specialist whose expertise lies in providing document management, web technology, Office365 system administration and supports.

Reporting to the Administration and Compliance Manager, the Information Management coordinator will be working with team champions and key stakeholders to drive business process changes and support the Sharepoint Document Management system. Your experience should include Sharepoint 2013-2019 and the Office 365 platform.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years minimum experience in Sharepoint 2013 – 2019
  • 2+ years experience with Sharepoint Online and the Office 365 platform
  • Demonstrated a career experience developing custom solutions using the Office 365 and Sharepoint Online platform
  • Excellent knowledge of configuration and out of the box capabilities of Office 365, Sharepoint Document Management, Workflow, Search and Content Management.
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written

Key Selection Criteria

Qualifications or equivalent industry knowledge and experience

  • Relevant Tertiary level qualification or demonstrated experience in information management.
  • Tertiary knowledge of web technologies (HTML, etc.).
  • Knowledge of information management practices, particularly, document management, portals, collaboration, classification, naming conventions and search optimisation.
  • An understanding of key usability and accessibility standards.
  • A high level understanding of records management policies.
  • Procedures and regulations and Privacy Legislation.
  • Compliance requirements related to electronically stored information.
  • Proactively utilises initiative, innovation and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in the development, use and administration of electronic document management systems (EDMS), to meet legislative obligations for record keeping including the creation, maintenance, storage, archiving and retrieval of files.
  • Experience managing information management systems.
  • Experience in providing responsive and effective customer service and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in providing training and support for IMS’s is required.
  • 4+ years minimum experience in Sharepoint 2013 – 2019.
  • 2+ years of experience with Sharepoint Online and the Office 365 platform.
  • Demonstrated a career experience developing custom solutions using the Office 365 and Sharepoint Online platform.
  • Excellent knowledge of configuration and out of the box capabilities of Office 365, Sharepoint Document Management, Workflow, Search and Content Management.
  • Demonstrable experience managing a transactional website.
  • Demonstrated administrative ability to interpret legislation and to implement and monitor legislative compliance is desirable.
  • Demonstrated team work skills.

  • Proficient in IT applications, including web applications and Microsoft Office suite, with accurate word processing and data entry skills.
  • Belongs in knowledge - Knowledge and commitment to continuous improvement practices.
