CAAFLU is a holistic, multidisciplinary trauma informed legal, advocacy and support service for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander victims of family violence and sexual assault.

We are recruiting for a Legal Practitioner to provide legal advice, representation and related services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander victims of family violence and sexual assault at target communities regarding family violence and related areas of law, in accordance with our operational framework and casework guidelines.

This position is based in Alice Springs but will include travel to remote communities with our Client Service Officers.

Applicants must have at least one (1) year post-admission experience in an Australian Legal Practice.

Conditions:

• Salary up to $75,000 plus Superannuation based on experience;
• District Allowance;
• 6 weeks Annual Leave plus Christmas break;
