About the role

We are looking for a Continuous Quality Improvement Facilitator to join our team.

The primary focus of the CQI Facilitator (CQIF) is the provision of continuous quality improvement support to health services to improve health care systems, processes and outcomes. The CQIF works collaboratively with managers, practitioners, and other stakeholders to develop, implement and evaluate systems with in the service delivery areas. The position also undertakes a significant support role which includes clinical systems training, to support clinical best practice and maintain consistency and quality within the electronic patient information record system.
