We have an exciting opportunity for a Case Manager to join our Tiwi Islands team within CatholicCare NT. This position plays a key role in assisting individuals, families and communities who are struggling with financial literacy issues and concerns in order to for the program to meet its objectives. The position reports directly to the Tiwi Islands Lead Practitioner, in conjunction with Top End Regional Manager.
The primary purpose of this role is to improve financial capability by assisting people in personal financial difficulty to make informed choices to address their financial problems and by fostering the improved use and management of money. The Case Manager will work alongside client's to address the issues creating financial hardship, and work collaboratively with other key stakeholders to remove obstacles to financial wellbeing and capability.
We are looking for a candidate who has the ability support individuals and families to navigate financial crises and build financial wellbeing, capability and resilience for vulnerable people and those most at risk of financial and social exclusion and disadvantage
